Outdoor activities involve being outdoors! Most of our activities are weather-dependent: some won’t take place under the rain or if there is no snow or too much (or too little) waves, etc.

Only the instructor has the final call when it comes to cancelling or maintaining an activity. Usually the pro will reach out to you (unless differently indicated in the confirmation email) but if you have any doubt please feel free to contact the pro yourself as well. The pro will than try to reschedule the activity. In case a reschedule isn’t possible you will be entitled to a full refund, as per Live2explore Terms of Use.

Comfortable sportswear and closed shoes work well for urban, land and aerial activities. Flip flops are in general not suitable for sports activities and if you have long hair the best is to tie it up.

For activities in snow or water please take into consideration that you might get additional equipment. Hence, being dressed in layers will help you to change quickly and figure out on spot in what layer you feel the most comfortable.

Yes. Generally speaking you should be always there 15 minutes in advance.
